Yay! Engagement Sessions! I’ve said it a million times, but I love, love, love my engagement sessions. They are fun, and creative, and romantic, and just perfect portrait sessions. Mind you, I love shooting something new every day. This week I have a family session, a newborn session, and three homes for a design firm. I like the ever changing subject in my viewfinder, and there isn’t really anything that I don’t photograph, but there is something about engagement sessions that always feels like a blast. I think anything wedding related tends to be near and dear as I’ve photographed about 600 weddings in my career, but I also think that Photo By Gannon has some of the coolest couples around. I love getting that intimate time to myself with my soon-to-be-married couples. It’s priceless to me! After talking to my bride-to-be about some of their hobbies, activities, and likes I came up with a location game plan. I think we really hit the mark. I can’t wait for this sweet young couple’s wedding day this spring!
The groom has a love of baseball, and I thought it was fantastic that the bride wanted to incorporate that into our custom engagement session. That’s what it’s all about.
