This was such a beautiful event.  I photographed the gorgeous bride getting ready at The Hyatt Place on Peachtree.  She arrived after having her hair perfected at Stewart and Company Salon, and had a make-up artist complete her look at the hotel.  The bride’s Melissa Sweet dress was elegant, feminine, and just perfection!  After getting camera ready we headed over to the church, Peachtree Presbyterian.  We took advantage of the early spring weather, and headed out onto the lovely grounds.  The flowers added a fabulous splash of pink against the bridesmaids light sage dresses.  Once the ceremony was complete I hopped on a trolley with the wedding party, and we were off to King Plow.  The King Plow Arts Center  is one of my favorite venues in Atlanta.  It’s elegant, but with a wonderful edge.  Bold American took amazing care of all of the guests, and offered delicious and beautiful food.  I absolutely loved the late-night sliders that were passed around as a snack.  After all, the guests needed to fuel up  from cutting a MEAN rug with the Platinum Band.  Dianna Crawford and the crew played the most diverse array of tunes, and kept everyone dancing all night.  It put a little pep in my step too!  The evening ended with the happy couple exiting in a sea of sparklers and cheers.  They were off to a Tahiti/Bora Bora honeymoon, and to a beautiful life after that!

Cheers to the happy couple and an awesome event!  If you are a bride in Atlanta you should consider The King Plow Arts Center as a possible venue for your wedding.  Contact me today at www.facebook.com/photobygannon to book your next event or portrait session!
