I just had the pleasure to photograph an amazing wedding in Midtown Atlanta. I photographed the wedding of the bride’s sister a few years ago, which was another fabulously chic affair. Of particular interest was that the first sister had gotten married on the last day of February in a leap year, and this sister tied the knot of Friday the 13th. I think these sisters get major points for creative date selection.

The ceremony took place at North Avenue Presbyterian, one of Atlanta’s many classic churches in the downtown area. This one has Tiffany windows that will blow you away. The reception took place at Park Tavern in an elegant tent which spilled out onto the park. It was lovely. Tiffany blues popped against crisp black and whites. The couple and their guests danced the night away. After sending a memorial lantern up into the heavens in honor of lost loved ones, the happy couple jetted off to Mexico.
