Atlanta Wedding Photographer | The Atrium | Norcross, Georgia
When this lovely bride got in touch with me after her engagement I was a very happy wedding photographer. She and I had been close friends in college, but had fallen out of touch over the years. Being her wedding photographer was a special reunion, and I’m so happy that it brought this old friend back into my life. The wedding had romantic pops of red at every turn, the bride’s signature color. It set the tone for a classic event. The wedding took place at The Atrium in Norcross, Georgia. The Atrium is a fantastic Atlanta venue with a lovely little courtyard, and floor to ceiling glass in the event room. It’s perfectly set up for an elegant wedding such as this. We had a blast shooting together, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of this special day.
I worked with the bride and all of the bridesmaids at the hotel to capture some ‘getting ready’ fun. We were joined by some FAB professionals to make the ladies shine. Candice Holloway was giving the ladies the perfect camera ready face, and Julie Avant was on the tresses. They did a phenomenal job, and I look forward to working with these two again in the future.
Killer red pumps are a great way to add some pop and attitude to your wedding look.
The soon-to-be Mister and Misses saw each other for the first time under this beautiful tree. It was a sweet moment. The ‘first look’ before the ceremony is something more and more of my couples do. It’s great to calm the nerves, and a wonderful way to get all of your photos done before the ceremony.
I LOVED this cake! Funny enough, it was done by another college friend! Marcie Gibson is a master of chic, gorgeous cakes. This one is a beauty!
…..and they danced the night away. The Atrium was a perfect location for this chic wedding. I hope to end up at The Atrium for a wedding again soon. Are you newly engaged? Planning a wedding at The Atrium? Let’s talk!
