Marietta, Georgia is a VERY popular square to use for Atlanta portrait sessions. There is a lot of reason for this. It is a fabulously photogenic square, and offers more portrait backdrops than you can use. It’s a happy problem to have for a location photographer. The Marietta square was one of this couple’s favorite, and we met up there for their engagement portrait session. I photograph it all, but engagement portraits have to be one of my favorite types of portrait sessions. I include a custom engagement session with all of my wedding packages for this reason. Engagement portrait sessions are also the BEST way to get to know my couples, and for them to get to know me. I want them to feel like I’m an old friend on the wedding day. Better yet, I want to BE an old friend by then!
