This couple is just too cute!  I photographed this handsome groom-to-be’s little brother for his senior portraits a couple of years ago, and when these two got engaged they came calling.  I was thrilled, and after our engagement portraits together I was even happier.  These young love birds are just lovely together!  We met up in the always photogenic Marietta square for our day of engagement portrait fun………

I really think that ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS are such an important part of the ‘getting married’ process.  Not only does it document this amazing time when you are floating on pink clouds with the love of your life, but it let’s you get to hang out with your photographer, and see that it’s actually really fun to be in front of her lens! 🙂

I love getting outside for an engagement portrait session in the best light of the day with a newly engaged couple.  I gather so much interesting information about them, and every time I leave feeling like I know my sweet couple.  I know their stories, and I know their faces.  It makes me excited for the wedding day even more!  If you recently became one of those newly engaged love birds I’d be thrilled to hear about YOUR story!  Thinking of a portrait session in Marietta’s square?  I know it WELL!  🙂
